10. I'm Wondering Why it's Always 70%........

Seems to me anytime a Fox Opinionhead makes a statement of "fact", it is backed by a 70% poll. The healthcare bill was opposed by 70% according to them, as well. I know there are more 70% statements. I did a search on "9 11 Mosque" and saw no polls stating it was true. Most of the polls reported just over 50% of "those polled" as being against the mosque being built at Ground Zero. The closest thing I could find was Bloomberg reporting 71% of polled NY voters thought that the $ behind the mosque should be investigated.......as it has. Some of it comes from a 7% shareholder in Fox News. :eyes:

I know where the 70% on the healthcare comes from. One poll, a complete outlier. They got one poll that said 70% and they all just cite the same ONE POLL as the truth. Of course, the purpose of this is to drive public opinion rather than to reflect it which they have actually failed to do-something the "Number one news source" should be able to do. If memory serves it was either Rasmussen or Gallup and it was over a year ago when they first got that golden number and stopped mentioning any subsequent polls.

The poll on the community center was surely the same. I have to admit that I don't remember when that happened but it was probably during the summer and early on when they had completely shaped the argument so that 70% would be against it.

11. Muslims killed us on 9/11?

Shit, I didn't know I was dead. Oh, you mean SOME muslims killed SOME of us on 9/11. Bill is so fucking stupid he cannot even frame a coherent thought.

Still we should examine this faulty logic. Certainly all the hijackers were muslim, but what else were they? Well they were not Iraqis or Pashtuns (which is why we obviously needed to kill as many of those people as possible.) They were all arabic though. Most of them were Saudi and the rest Egyptian. They all followed the God of Abraham. All of them were men. All of them were homo sapiens as well. They were all primates.

Shit, if we are going to keep ourselves safe we need to get rid of all the arabs especially Saudis and Egytians. We also need to eliminate all Christians and Jews -- those Abrahamic religions are known to produce a dangerous type of psychosis. But why stop there? We should definitely get rid of all males -- they are known to be overly aggressive anyway. Not done yet -- if you really want to be safe you must address the problem of HUMANS. Humans are vile and disgusting brutal creatures known for spoiling their own nests -- if you want to be safe you need to dispose of all the humans. But in all reality if you really want to be safe you should get rid of all primates so as to prevent any creature from evolving into anything even remotely resembling a human being.
