Today marks the 100th day since the Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded and sank into the Gulf of Mexico, causing the worst environmental disaster this country has ever seen. The federal government has now announced that they will be launching a criminal probe into what happened on that rig, and Mike Papantonio appears on MSNBC's The Ed Show to discuss what that might mean for the pending lawsuits against BP.

I mean we spend billions & billions to build more and better prisons than anyone else in the world, and all of these fine institutions are constantly underutilized by the rich people in the USA.

If you are rich and powerful, you can do whatever the hell you want and never have to worry about the consequences.
