2. Beck is a carnival barker...he is less than irrelevant.
We have always had race baiting hucksters, the difference here is that the ass-wipe Ailes and the rest of his right wing allies are now proudly bankrolling their shite all over the place on TV and radio for easy consumption by the sheeple of the right.
He's got a national platform on television and on the radio, who keeps increasing his audience by encouraging their worst impulses. I'd say that makes him very relevant. If you ignore a rabid dog, it will still bite you - and it's an extremely stupid attitude.

know they are going to get a very small amount of support among minority voters. They also champion the interests of large corporations and Wall Street over those of the majority of United States citizens. It needs to be pointed out repeatedly that the overwhelming majority of United States citizens regardless of race are middle class or poor. Democrats should point out Republicans are seeking to obfuscate their corporatism by sowing racial discord. It's a diversionary tactic. We've seen how they govern in the majority; low to no regulation, increased crony capitalism and tax breaks for the most wealthy.
If Democrats can put down the Southern Strategy and galvanize the poor and middle class the GoP don't stand a chance. Democrats need to concisely articulate how they are working towards increasing jobs in the United States. For example; doing things that increase exports and/or having things made here in the United States. A lot more of the stimulus package should be directed towards infrastructure rebuilding as well.
