the smart thing to do going into midterm elections..that is if democrats want to keep their seats and their base. Hell it might even cause them to pick up some. Don't blow this democrats. Everything is an uphill battle with republicans. You don't need us added to them.

6. Oh no we can't have a regulator who might

actually regulate. That would be unAmerican. Why do those liberals want actual regulation, because our friends on the other side don't want it and we have to compromise with them.
