Even if the "conservative watch dog group" were correct that 340 or so felons voted and Franken won by 312 that would mean that almost all of those felons would have vote for Franken. You are eligible to vote if you:

* will be at least 18-years-old on Election Day
* are a citizen of the United States
* will have resided in Minnesota for 20 days immediately preceding Election Day
* have any felony conviction record discharged, expired, or completed
* are not under court-ordered guardianship where a court has revoked your voting rights
* have not been ruled legally incompetent by a court of law

The relevant point is that you are eligible to vote if you "have any felony conviction record discharged, expired, or completed"

The first thing a real news organization would do is ask what criteria the "conservative watchdog group" did to determine that these voters were ineligible. Fox obviously didn't bother to do that so we leave the story where it is ... sore grapes.

The GOP in MN tried everything they could throw at the recount process and none of it stuck because every day was witnessed, taped, watched, and accounted for.
