The title of the post seems to indicate that the video of Sanchez shows him supporting that terrorist act and that's clearly not the case.

What did Rick Sanchez do to get on your hit list? Cause I doubt it has to do with this bullshit video.

I understand what he wanted to show, but by saying this was a good thing wasn't right. If it was more along the lines of "I hope this tragedy brings to light the destitution people live in, in Africa and keeps the fights over there in the spotlight---then maybe we can see something come out of this sickening event." The "good" comment in the context used is not fitting.

Why defend this dimwit? He is a corporate tool, and not the brightest bulb in the pack at that,. he just said what all the 'war on (of) terror' supporters (that are a couple IQ points smarter then him) just don't openly say out loud. The exact reason whenever I get news of a 'terrorist' attack I first question who does this serve? There are just way too many examples of CIA, military, private contractors (blackwater), and other states secret security agencies and covert groups getting caught in agent provocateur or false-flag actions, assasinations, and coups. If your business is fighting a war on terror and terror is waining,. you buy bombs for terrorists and have you assets incite them, or go so far as having some of your own guys do the bombing. This is not even speculation, read some history. The 'war on terror' like the 'war on drugs' before it is a bad joke,. and the jokers running it will indeed kill masses of people, ANY people no group excluded, to keep their business running. It has NEVER been about anything else. Just look at the percent of the American budget that is devoted to war/security. Think those getting paid want to give up those numbers?

18. This is the Prevailing Mentality justifying our historical murderous activity.

Now this is useful Her is a demonstration of the mentality that says it’s OK to sacrifice innocent civilians for some larger cause. They think this way because otherwise the US can’t justify our historical murderous activity. This is of course what the U.S. is doing in Iraq and Afghanistan - expending the lives of innocents. ("collateral damage.) Ultimately the thinking is that they are inferiors and may have to be sacrificed our superior society and so the US can keep its high standard of living.

The question is: can society change so that imperialism and colonialism are not government tactics.
