I thought I read somewhere that Dick Cheney was hired by BP to handle public relations. I don't know if thats true. Does any one know?

3. Noone within 50 feet?

50 feet doesn't seem like much of a distance. The disturbing thing isn't that BP is trying to keep the media 50' away ... it's that the media seems completely uninterested in covering this environmental holocaust. The Gulf is a massive place and BP can't be everywhere. The mainstream media would have absolutely no problem reporting from just about anywhere they wanted to. Yet crickets are chirping (well, the crickets that haven't been oiled). Our media isn't covering this story. Everything I'm learning is coming from the internet, and mainly from DUers who post first-hand accounts. And that is the real cover up.

4. History in front of our eyes

There is a possibility that this oil spill will be a worldwide ecological disaster of thermo-nuclear proportions. The way news is being censored and distorted, the actual facts of how this all came to be will be as hard to pin down as the JFK Assassination and the events that allowed 9-11 to happen.

6. BP not cleaning the OIL BURRIED under the sand - Video PROOF

From reports that I have heard the BP clean up crews are only cleaning up the oil that can be seen. But this video proves that there are huge globs of oil burried under the sand. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAQPr83SgKQ
