Conservatives were OUTRAGED over Rahm Emanuel's assertion that Joe Barton speaks for the GOP. But why?

1. The GOP do not want to admit and deliberately are trying to hide

the fact they are and have always been "the party of big
business. At the present time the people are angry with
BP and anything concerning BP. The Republicans are scrambling
to "APPEAR to be on the side of the people." As usual,
the Dems for the most part permit them to do this all the
time. Rahm is breaking the mold and the GOP do not like
this.

2. the Dems have not been convincing enough of a brick wall in this

this was gold laid at their feet and as usual, a mushy spine and milquetoast reaction assures us that the GOBP still run shit.

Lancaster County PA?? Those shots in the begining were of downtown Lancaster City..

edit; answered my own question - this guy is in my neck of the woods and in my local paper, gonna have to check him out.
