2. as large as the land around the gulf of mexico is, and the millions of gallons that will end up all
Edited on Thu Jun-24-10 12:00 AM by Divine Discontent
goopy and sticky on each beach, one by one, there is no measure to the level of catastrophe this is - billions in lost tourism, home values plummeting, businesses forced to closed, potentially millions looking for other work - but hey - all those folks on the beaches can get cleanup jobs, ain't that a peach!

and who knows the untold calamities awaiting if a hurricane blows this all over crops, animals, and people in Tampa, New Orleans, Mobile, Houston, or inland into Dallas, Orlando, Tallahassee, etc...

This is such a horrific growing disaster that could literally explode the natural gas down there if the wrong thing is done, and more than likely, this will be a trillion dollar multi-year recovery that will hamper the cities along the Gulf for a very painful period.

I pray they make every right decision, finally, from here on out.

3. This isn't a disaster in the ordinary sense. This, in point of fact, is a game changer.
Nothing will be the same when all is set and done. Nothing.
