Gotta love this exchange between the reporter and Mr. Peck:

Reporter: You said you'd go back?

Peck: Yeah, they won't let me in again but they didn't let me in this time, either.

Reporter: You said this before, but why were you expelled?

Peck: Because I "entered the country illegally".

Reporter: Did you?

Peck: Yes! They took me there by force! On a ship that they'd captured on the high seas. So, yes, I entered illegally!

This guy did. He was one of 50-80 people who did. The rest did not. The rest are being deported without having signed those documents and possibly without even having given Israel their name.

There are a few activists, like a journalist from the Sydney Morning Herald, who are refusing deportation of any sort, even unconditional deportation, so they may argue their case before an Israeli judge.

That is just one of the things that has spooked the Netanyahu government. They are already looking at huge civil suits, an honest-to-goodnes War Crimes accusation and much more unpleasantness they want to have nothing to do with.

Problem is, it's too late. Blood has already been spilled, in quantity. They will stil be made to answer and pay for this brutality.
