As the BP oil spill investigation heats up, the question has arisen as to whether or not BP's negligence (which led to the deaths of 11 men) border on manslaughter. Mike Papantonio appears on MSNBC's The Ed Show to discuss the possibilty of criminal convictions against BP.

3. They want to be treated like a person so trying them
for manslaughter would be inline with that, As long as there were a number of then involved would the RICO act come into play??

A whole new level of land slaughter is the turf we've slid into when the loss is not just in tangible human life, but a planet's capacity to be hospitable to it.
