1. Good speech. This should get the economy moving just a bit more
by the Fall. This is very smart and well-timed, not just for the election but for the business cycle. Americans are ready to receive their personal share of the recovery money. The banks have had their share, and some have paid back some of the money that was handed over to them, so it is time to get the Main Street economy moving just a tiny bit at least.
