1. K & R. And how terrible is it that nothing will ever be done about it?
PS---Isakoff will be on TYT later today discussing these issues.

2. I'm so bitterly disappointed
that nothing will be done to reduce the likelihood this this stain on our history can happen again. Bitterly disappointed is a euphemism. I really feel like having a kicking screaming temper-tantrum and throwing myself down the stairs. But what good will it do? I'm infuriated and it's all stuck on the inside. We are doomed to have a National stroke from frustration.

3. Any lawyers here, I'd like to know...
What would a person do if they were a student at Berkley Law School and had to be taught (sic) by that sh*tstain every day? Could one take a class from a different professor or avoid that particular class entirely?

Is the average law school class a year in length; or only a semester? Can one transfer from one law school to another?

I ask because I can't imagine being in the same room with that sick bastard. I do believe I would vomit every day in class if I had to look at him. I wonder if someone could just transfer to a different law school.

which raises another issue: I want to know how the dean of the law school justifies Yoo's presence on that campus. It's not a rhetorical question.
