5. Make that Grayson 2012. We can't wait. And Obama can't win again anyway.

6. Why wait until 2012?
If President Milquetoast continues to not lead, I'd be tempted to vote for a Dean, Kucinich, or Grayson in the primaries. I wasn't really expecting much from Obama right from the start, so I guess you could say I'm not disappointed. However, I voted for him in the hopes that he would evolve. His fecklessness disgusts me. The thieves are in the temple now and I don't think we can wait until 2016.

4. AT some point, people need to recognize that "privatizing" our government
really happened when our elections were in effect privatized. Privatized elections led to empty suits getting elected (namely, W) who were able to appoint the kinds of justices that would render a decision this insane and idiotic.

Not only are corporations people: they are super people, way more powerful than any one person.

But even if this decision had not been reached, the country would still not be a democracy and there would be no way to prevent people like "W" from being elected again and doing even more damage to the country and the world. Elections have to be conducted by the public for the public good in a transparent and trustworthy way or there is no democracy.

7. This is about getting rid of the Democratic Party once and for all
Let's be honest here. Corporate America is overwhelmingly Republican. Furthermore, David Bossie was a key participant in the phony Clinton scandals of the 1990s. He hasn't changed his fascistic tendencies one bit.

There will be NO Democratic Party anymore after this. The GOP was on the ropes, on the sidelines, but the Roberts court created a situation as dire as Bush v. Gore.

8. Is there any hope that...
...this country can get 'public financing' of elections, and restrictions on both the time frame and the amount of advertising allowed for campaigns? With those three, the need for funding, from any source - corporate or individual - will go away and politicians will have to resort to their fundamental honesty to survive. In other words, the only money they'll make for being a Senator or Congressman will be their damn salary.

9. Constitutional amendment
Corporations are NOT persons and its time we pass a constitutional amendment to get companies out of elections.

As it already was the case, you cannot pass a referendum without dealing with two competing confusing similar referenda, which prevent any referendum from getting 2/3rds of the vote.

Companies can defeat any referendum now. Divide and conquer. Easy.

10. Notice how suddenly Jon Stewart went right at Keith O almost immediately after mentioning GE
Stewart was merciless, funny, and so reminiscent of many comedians on the "Dean Scream".

I think Keith O. has been targeted the same way.

Recall, before the attack of the "Dean Scream" Dean has just given an interview where even the interviewer pointed out that he should realize that the owners of that very network would not like what Dean was saying.

Just Sayin'.

It's right there.
