is never challenged, never prosecuted, never held accountable for his treacheries, he gets away with flapping his jaws, breaking the laws and promoting criminal treason against his country. He will never shut up. There has been no accountability for the massive amount of lives he has damaged.

But Cheney is really a proxy for Jeb Bush. Think the Bush dynasty is over? Think again. Dubya's too busy "replenishing the coffers" and by tradition is supposed to keep quiet over current policy issues. Jeb is lying low, waiting for people to forget how much they hated Dubya by the time he left office. But Dick is out there swinging. The unitary executive, the Iraq and AfPak wars, the de-regulation, the gutting of government institutions -- those are his babies, and he's not going to let them go.

That's why the former Mr. Laconic can't seem to shut up now. He's a man on a mission: to get a Bush (Jeb? George P.?) or a hellish facsimile elected president.
