Beck asked viewers to imagine a terrorist attack on Washington, DC — one in which "we would be as LUCKY as we were with the World Trade Center, when everybody was gone, or most people were gone" — and to realize that the monuments and symbols in the capital are "meaningless" because America is about individuals.

I am not trying to defend Beck or Fox News for that matter. I am just pointing out that during the evening shows I don't believe they run the ticker and neither does MSNBC. When Fox News reruns the shows I don't know. They could run the ticker then. It could also be that they remove the ticker for particular sections of shows. I don't know anything for certain because I don't watch Fox News. MSNBC doesn't run the ticker when they rerun their evening shows. And for the logo networks usually use small logos for their HD broadcasts.
