because that's the only way it'll work for the innocent. Not everyone charged with a crime is guilty. It works better now than it would if we left it up to O'Lielly to decide who's guilty or innocent.

2. Defense Attorneys job is to protect defendants from those like Cenk who are convinced that "8 out

of 10 times you KNOW they did it!!!" It's thanks to that belief that thousands upon thousands innocent people sit and rot in jail cells after being wrongly convicted.

But it is some solace that when the mob comes out to to spew
