1. Geithner did good there
But this is why I hate when people like Obey and Defazio go public with their concerns about Geitner instead of doing it behind closed doors. It only enables the Republicans to use them to attack Obama. In the end its Democrats in Congress who are going to pay for it at mid terms.

With voter discontent over Geithner's Wall Street giveaways endangering their re-election prospects.

Why should congressional Dems take the fall for Geithner's follies?

3. Obama and the Democrats are responsible for Geithner sitting in that seat.
The damage Geithner and Summers have done during their tenure heading Treasury is no secret.

Obama should dump them and the entire Goldman Sachs crowd he has surrounded himself with. It all stinks to high heaven and nothing has changed except the bankers are even getting more fabulously wealthy.

If Obama does not act he is hanging himself and can not blame the economy or the Republicans for the hanging.
