This afternoon, Fox News host Gregg Jarrett proudly announced that Sarah Palin is “continuing to draw huge crowds while she’s promoting her brand new book. Take a look at — these are some of the pictures just coming into us.” But the pictures that the network chose to display on-air appeared to be old file footage of Palin rallies from the 2008 presidential campaign. Individuals in the crowd are seen holding McCain/Palin signs, and others are holding pom-poms and cheering wildly. “There’s a crowd of folks,” a surprised Jarrett observed, referring to the old footage.

1. So why does she need teleprompters on the book tour?
Fox isn't even trying anymore. Considering their audience, maybe they don't have to....

29. Considering Sarah, what use does she have for a teleprompter?
A teleprompter assumes at least a third-grade level of literacy.

Besides, she's perfectly capable of making it all up as she goes along.

4. Like Fox cares what Jon Stewart says?
None of their viewers watch his show.

10. They cared enough to apologize to Stewart last time...
Sean Hannity's staff at least must watch his show.

15. No shame involved. Their job is not news reporting, it is propaganda
Their job is to keep those with no skill at critical thinking in line.

Show weak minded wingers pictures of crowds and they just want, no NEED to follow the crowd. Wingers have low self esteem and will believe any crap, follow any crap, if they think it will get them in with some group.

FOX is not in the business of news and they know it.

They've become pathological lairs. They lie even when it's just as easy to tell the truth.

12. We need to keep calling them on this bullshit.
Yeah - Ain't it great the way all them people brought their vintage "McPain Cave-in" posters out to that there book signing for her to autograph - huh?

The Fox Noise audience of low information voters must be dumber than a sack of hammers.

13. These people went off on M.Moore
For splicing in a "cold, dead hands" Heston moment in Bowling for Columbine and then using it to justify calling all of his work lies.
Fox News seems to do this on a daily basis. I wouldn't be shocked if one hour of Fox News didn't contain more falsities than all of Moore's work combined.

14. What was the point of apologizing last week
...if they just pull the same sh*t again this week??

FOX should be called The Comedy Channel (if the name weren't already taken).

19. Works for me
If they want to prop up this vain, egotistical excuse for a leader and public servant with fake footage, have at it, hoss. She'll get decimated in any race, so the more faux wants to push her and elbow reasonable conservatives out of the way, the better.
