1. Glenn Beck is the enemy of America and it's constitution
Every day he walks free -- let alone has a show with an audience -- is a day in the death of a country too stupid to try and save itself.

America does not deserve to continue if it is willing to listen to this thing from hell.

13. While I agree ...
Beck is no good for America ... his presence is a testament to America's commitment to the US Constitution.

14. I would love to see a debate
between Obama and Beck on any and all aspects of the Constitution. That is just what this country needs.

16. Free speech to express an unpopular opinion is good
'Free speech' to deceive the public with intentional lies such as the ones that started our current wars and killed over a million innocent civilians is not.

If we can't make the distinction we are dead.

America is over. Fucking over, if it can't see the difference.

21. There is a distinction to be made.
Unpopular opinions are one thing.

A national policy to make people as dumb as possible with no critical thinking skills, then allowing trained monkeys to fling feces disguised as unpopular opinions (which the dumbed down are unable to distinguish from said feces) - is quite another.

28. There is a fine line between...
an unpopular opinion and inciting violence and the overthrowing of the government.

4. Well, but consider:
The man is a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, and is diagnosed with ADHD. He's bone ignorant, and suffers paranoia. Time Magazine described him as "a gifted storyteller with a knack for stitching seemingly unrelated data points into possible conspiracies." The likelihood of anything the least bit rational finding its way out of his mouth would be tantamount to the hundred monkeys with a hundred typewriters producing the works of William Shakespeare. I'll shut up now before I start actually feeling sorry for the stupid bastard.

11. I've mentioned in other posts that the Foreign Countries/Entities
need to almost step up and start calling out the GOP. They are directly affected by GOP policies and them coming into power again would be like a fascist regime winning an election in the Middle East...oh, wait, we are always monitering the elections of certain parties in foreign countries and putting in our two cents (if not going all in). Maybe it's time we get the same treatment.

be able to tell he's in it for the shock value and dollars, but apparently his followers can't. Seriously. Do they know, and just not care?

These people hang onto his every word. But I think it might be fair to note that there are a large amount of people that watch him the same way they watch Jerry Springer or read National Enquirer.

10. I actually feel sorry for those who do idolize him
because the garbage he spews isn't in any way, shape or form meant to help anyone. Thanks, makes sense a lot of his audience probably doesn't believe what he says any more than they would a tabloid rag reporting another 3-headed monkey.

17. Misleading ticker tagline
Edited on Tue Nov-17-09 03:12 PM by LiberalLovinLug
"50% of Americans say Health care for all is not the governments responsibility."

For one thing I'd like to see where that statistic came from. I'm sure it was polled in high red state districts and the question framed in the most negative way.

Even if that poll is remotely correct. Beck is saying that America has clearly spoken and they don't want this (health care). 50% actually do want government to be responsible for Health care, or in Becks mind to be raped by Roman Polanski.

But the kicker is that only MORANS could think that there is any other way to have "health care for all" other than the government getting involved. The private industries only want those with jobs, or in government backed programs like Medicare. There is no other way to cover everybody other than Single Payer, government administered plans.

Guys like Beck are the worst kind of human. Misleading his fellow citizens, confusing them and scaring them into rejecting their own health care.

22. Even if that ticker is true...
Then the president should disregard what the opposing 50% say and do what us, the other 50% want. (You know, the ones that got him elected) Could it be any clearer for him, we have Democratic majorities with a Democratic president and in 2008 the country basically said 'Yes, please give us change' . He needs to start looking out for the further Left, his approval ratings would skyrocket. The people have spoken.

18. Somebody needs to kick Glenn Beck's ass.
I don't have a problem with free speech by any means, but Glenn Beck is the sort of person we need to rid America of. I don't like advocating violence - but with those pigs at Fox, that may be the only way to get them to shut up. We're allowing our country to destroy itself because of worthless egg-sucking pieces of shit like Beck.
