It's not the 1st time BecKKK has played the audio clip of the people in Detroit and then saying "this is what Obama is doing to our black people" (paparphrasing), he's used it as a propaganda tool on at least two other occasions.

But, hang on a minute, didn't Bush send out everyone some 'free money' last year? Are people's short term memories really that ... short?

6. Yeah, it's a pretty disgusting tactic

that the right loves to use to be against certain policies that benefit African-Americans. Remember when they were just OUTRAGED about the unfair treatment that Clarence Thomas gotten during his Senate Hearing trials because he was defending their corrupt ideology?
