Conservatives like Rudy Giuliani can change their views in a blink of an eye and act like WATB in the process. Anytime there's some Obama bashing to be done, conservatives happily join in even when they look like fools. Rudy, who was called as a witness in the trial of Moussaoui and applauded the America legal system now says that putting KSM on trial in New York is a really, really bad idea? Why? Well, because Rudy says so.

1. Giuliani serves Deceit. There's far too much of the Neanderthal at work

in him, too much the political hack, the ruthless back-alley bruiser.

He's not an asshole because he's an asshole so much as he's an asshole because he chooses to become an asshole, as if answering a call from Central Casting.

Giuliani knows what he is doing and saying is divisive and intellectually deceitful. He knows it creates a climate where justice is not served.

2. Rove was on Fox this morning

I just happened to catch him and flipped back to hear this. Well 9/11 crimes were against the ""military??"" and the military should try these people. And then doozy the loozy piped up with and "yes that is what your administration wanted to do all along".

Some body tell me when Fox and its lunacy will end. For 7 long years after the attack on the towers, bush and company had most of these people in Gitmo. Now if this is what they wanted to do all along how come all these prisoners are still sitting in Cuba and how come the attack on the towers, the pentagon and the flight that was diverted and crashed in Pennsylvania was considered an attack on the military. I thought it was an attack on civilians. Somebody enlighten me every time I flip back to Fox I get more and more confused with the postulating.

for using his position in public office, as mayor of New York City, to cash in on 9/11 with his "security" and "consulting" firm.

Giuliani's crimes are far worse than his buddy Kerik's. Giuliani became a multi-millionaire on both the structural and HUMAN corpses of the Twin Towers.
