MSNBC Countdown w/ LAWRENCE O'DONNELL - 13 November 2009: "Weath Over Health"

David Brennan, CEO of pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca, gave notice today to Huffington Post that Big Pharma's tenuous support for health care reform will revert to forceful opposition if anything like the House health reform bill emerges as the final package. UnitedHealth has once again emailed its 75,000 employees to actively lobby to oppose the public option.

But they needn't have done a whole segment...

I mean there is one, and only one reason to oppose some kind of government run health care plan. And that is profit.... the loss of it by private insurance and providers. Period. There simply is no other real reason.

Perhaps a whole segment where they repeat this over and over....
