5. I used to listen to his overnight show religously in the late 70's/early 80's

Before he became re-animated into what you see today, Larry was a first-rate late-night talk-show host on radio that had some classic guests and some truly crazed callers/regulars that made it such a great show. It all started to go downhill when Limbaugh became big in the late 80's and it became a long running feud on both shows, so I checked out shortly afterwards.

I love late-night radio, of course:D
