Modern psychology has shown that often those with the most violent opposition to homosexuality are plagued by homosexual tendencies or orientation. The more extremene the opposition, the more likely the tendency. So I have a very strong belief that Phelps Sr. either has homosexual tendencies that he is trying to reconcile with a very conversative Christian upbringing or there is something else in his past that has made this his "call to arms". Could it have been he was rejected by a man, is he jealous of certain of the stereotypes and myths of homosexual men such as education, disposable income, etc.?

Whatever is turning his crank it is appalling he uses not only the adults in his extended family but even small children who lack the education or knowledge to have formed an independent opinion about such matters as homosexuality. This is brainwashing at its worst and follows in the tradition of some southern white Christian families who taught their sons and daughters of the inferiority of the black race, that black men were sexually aroused by virgin white women, etc.

Once again Christianity is used both as a sword to attack (quoting scripture out of context) and as a defense (oh, the poor Christians' faith is being attacked by the faithless).

This man and his so-called family will be very surprised on judgment day when God very unhappy with them. She is going to call them out for not having followed the golden rule of loving one another as thyself.
