Albeit her boyfriend is probably scum (considering she dated him), but as Prejean has already demonstrated a propensity for lying, I am more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

My guess is the question as to her age when she filmed herself is the main reason TMZ or other sites with access to the footage have not revealed it.

Once it's proved she was eighteen or older, we'll start seeing it released.
