I saw this on TV and was astounded he let what Faux news really feels slip out of his breathing hole, but not surprised that this is how they feel there.

This on a Muslim hating TV channel that's http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x392974">broadcast all over Pakistan and http://www.marketing-interactive.com/news/14385">Indonesia - the largest Muslim democracy in the world. Can you imagine what Muslims in those countries must think of Americans if this is potentially the only 'news' from America they see?

implied in the thread title. That said, I find it amusing (actually, maybe disgusting is a better word) that Mr. O'Reilly was complaining that the "loony left" was politicizing the Fort Hood shooting simply by stating that the shooter had concerns about deploying to Afghanistan which were partially driven by stories which he had heard from other members of the military who had already been over there (a fact backed up by those who knew him), and yet Bill-O and his comrades at Fox News have done more to politicize this than ANYONE in politics or the media.

supreme, a guy who doesn't follow domestic news much evidently too, (Smithsonian killing, church killing in Tennessee, Abortion clinic killing all of these in last year etc) and who isn't helping the military with his bombastic inward looking analysis.

Besides the fact that killing Muslims with the zest and verve US forces have demonstrated clearly in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan is unequivicaly wrong, (what part of "thou shalt not kill" is a bit overly nuanced so as to be not clearly understandable?) we simply can't kill them all. If moral imperative doesn't work but strained resources will, I'll take it. I could never undstand why Israel did not negotiate with Arafat. They at least knew him and there's just too many Palestinians to kill.

I would like to know the answer to this question.

He is stepping into the president's shoes and postulating that there was a presidential conference where killing all the muslims was carefully considered and after careful analysis they concluded that although killing all Muslims would be desirable, there are practical considerations that prevent killing all the Muslims, so, being moderates and all, we adopted a different strategy to win hearts and minds.
