Shocking video of a Maricopa County Sheriff's employee taking a paper from the defense attorney's desk to photocopy behind her back. Further evidence of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's criminal enterprise masquerading as a Sheriff's department.

7. Any word on the judge's reaction once the truth came out?
I cannot see how she can support such illegal, unethical behavior by the Sheriff's office.

2. Only able to watch 3/4 of the video...
the deputies need to be charged with a crime and lose their ef job.

The judge needs to have charges filed against her. To say they have leeway in the court to do what they want is outrageous. It is her court not theirs.

Those deputies had no right to be snooping at the table like they did.

9. What a scene
This is unbelievable I couldn't image this in all my 9 years of law. I would have been arrested if this would have happen to me. The Judge was clearly out of order and didn't have control of her court room. We might need to ask the Justice Department to investigate all cases being handled in that court room. We are not sure justice is blind and being handed down fairly.

This sheriff's deputy should be arrested and charged with objection of justice and theft by taking. If he can do it without action than any citizen should be able to act are carry themselves however they choose in the court room ........ Stand up Lawyer of America

6. "Take a deep breath..." INDEED!
American corruption at it's best. Deputy should be relieved of duty immediately and have a tampering with evidence charge thrown at him.

The judge should be immediately under investigation for...something. She did not have control of her courtroom.
