It's a work in progress and it's still worth working with to make that first step. We're asking for ideals compared to whats doable and we always knew we had Nelsons and Liebermans to deal with throughout the congress. To be fair what we got on the table is pretty amazing considering all the obstruction we've faced. I think if Pres. Obama had handled this any other way he'd of met massive resistance in the legislative branch, compared to a healthy environment of negotiation.. He's allowed them their own Independence.
