When you go tothe FCC site to send in a complaint they have a part where they ask you to put the time....HH:MM AM/PM what do you all think that means...I have tried every way to Sunday to put it in context but it stills say invalid.....I put the hour ex: 04.....how you would think MM is month but no that's not correct...so what else could it be...then when I requested they tell me what they want they dummies sent an email that says auto reply AND DOES THIS ANSWER YOUR REQUEST.......Heck how could it all it says is this is an auto reply and does it answer my request. I am beginning to think that the computer programers at the FCC are dopes.

SO how would I file a complaint. He deserves to be investigated by the FCC and and and the secret service.
