1. It's about time someone told her to let others talk
that Betsy is so annoying -- she talks over everyone and refuses to listen to anyone else. Good for Dylan and Anthony for toning her down and showing how she is full of shit.

2. That's what the right wing always does
they jabberjabberjabber and don't let anyone else get a word in, and if someone jumps in when they come up for a breath of air, they shout him down.

I'm sick to death of this rudeness and I lay the blame at the feet of whoever is supposed to be running these shows. The right wingers should have their microphones cut when the allotted time has run out.

We can no longer afford to be polite in the face of rudeness and bullying. The stakes are too high.

10. She sounds like
Peggy Noonan's sister or something, and Peg has a really annoying, condescending voice.

3. So, wait a minute. BM, who claims to care so much about seniors,
wants to solve the cost issue by raising the eligibility age from 65 to 70? Why not just raise it to 100? That will save money!

4. I have read that the Federal government has borrowed roughly $2-TRILLION

from Medicare & SS over the decades. This is money that is deducted from our paychecks and is designated to go to Medicare and SS to support US, the working-class people in this country once we retire. Instead, our "retirement fund" has been used by politicians to fund their wars and their bridges to nowhere. We have been paying an INCREASE in these deductions since the Reagan years, an increase that was supposed to make the system solvent forever. All it has done is supply more $ to the People's retirement accounts for the politicians to steal.

Along comes Betsy whose solution is to move back our retirement age to cover the stealing that's been going on. Wait - it also means that more Americans will die on the job, never having had the chance to retire for even a second.

The solution is simple: demand the Feds reimburse 100% WITH INTEREST all of the money they have borrowed from Medicare and SS. That would make them solvent - AS WE WERE PROMISED - and all would be well. It's OUR money, paid into the system by us.

The politicians may as well make it legal to steal from our individual bank accounts.

5. Did you catch her try to do actuarial calculations on the fly
and then seemed to realize Congressman Weiner was right. Her method would deny Congressman Weiner Medicare benefits from 65-70 years of age.

7. Betsy even dares to insult Anthony Weiner in the middle of the debate!
Who the hell does she think she is, calling Weiner "ignorant"?
She's simply a PAID operative for the health insurance lobby, that's all she is. And all she does in the interview is to push FEAR to seniors. She's a monster.
