2. I hate how she kept going on about the word "holocaust"

It's not always about WW2 and Nazis. Nobody gets freaked out when somebody says something about the "raping" of the Earth and demands they apologize to rape victims. Maybe, if Grayson had a picture of sick people heading off to a Nazi death camp with a sign that said "Republican Health Plan" hanging over the gate with two swastikas on either side, then I'd say he was referring to the Holocaust.
