Rachel exposes that one of the groups behind this "9/12 march on Washington" is calling for a violent take over of the government and that Wilson and his GOP buddies are welcoming them with open arms.

What I'd like to know is how many moderate Republicans are getting turned off even thinking about voting Republican ever again after seeing the activities of this Party Of Assholes and their ever dwindling lunatic 'base'.

ETA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seditious_libel">They punish this shit with life imprisonment in Britain. Could any legal experts out there explain why they haven't been prosecuted under http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedition#United_States">American Laws against sedition?

4. Please...
fellow activists, we must stop framing this as strictly a Republican shortcoming! The Corporate Megalomaniacs are the oppressors (granted, the majority of these Corporatists are--by definition--Republican), and they have spent loads of time and money to perfect their nefarious subjugation of the poor slobs I call "We The People" (that would be all but the 453 wealthiest corporatists on the planet, and their numerous Teh Stoopid sycophants who have swallowed the wealth carrot meme--hook, line, and sinker.)

BTW, I have had it with having to dumb down to placate Teh Stoopid. What a crock! No more. They will just have to deal.

6. We need to show up in numbers 100 X's the loons.
We really need to permit them to march in shit up to their necks. I wish I lived closer, as I'd LOVE to be there and in their faces with their wingnuttery. It's time to dose the fires of these town hall idiots and the tea bagging butt heads. PLEASE...can we stop showing the rest of the world just how f*cked up our citizens are?? We look so damn stupid to the rest of the civilized world.

Sometimes I think the radical muslims make more sense than these butt heads on our shores.

10. They are simply mainstreaming a third-world mentality.

This is one of the fruits of the notion that torture is okay if it's for good. The people that truly believe that also believe that assassination is okay if it puts the "right" people back in power.

This is going to get very ugly.

12. With all the sucession talk Pres. Obama has to start follow FDR more over Lincoln...
Edited on Fri Sep-11-09 12:14 PM by GivePeaceAchance
As well respected as Lincoln is, it was a very divided America at that time. The economic crisis calls for a more FDR style presidency. Starting more from his second term where he began to find his feet against his opposition. Something tells me from his speech this week he may well be taking that direction too.
