Recently, we saw a glimmer of hope come out of the Justice Department when Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he would be starting a preliminary review of the CIA, to see if any of their operatives broke the law by torturing suspected terrorists. The big question though is whether or not this review is going to actually lead anywhere, or if Holder is once again going to let these people go free, just like he's done with the entire Bush Administration. Mike Papantonio talks about what Holder needs to do to really show that he's done being soft on crime with author and investigative journalist John Nichols.
