Thanks for putting that out there and getting the word out. It disgusts me that people do this. I can respect their anger, dislike, but to justify these actions---there's just nothing there. It's liike the way Barney Frank said it, it's thanks to the first amendment that such deplorable acts are permitted (paraphrased)---but really and honestly they are unacceptable---especially about our President.

3. what really kills me..

..they can't even get the basic ideology right. These morons aren't even interested enough in the political spectrum to realize that socialism and fascism are on the opposite ends of the spectrum. Hilter was a fascist. Fascism feature a government that is firmly in bed with business. Fascism is what the right wing wants. Socialism has the government competing with business, such as with our post office competing with fedex and ups, medicare competing with private insurance etc..

the bill sets up an insurance exchange market. the bill says that the companies who are outside of the exchange may not enroll new customers until they meet the requirements and join the insurance exchange. obama was for single payer, as was i. but we compromised. we are willing to accept the public option. but i won't compromise on my compromise. i don't want any of my reps to vote for a bill without a strong public option

so in other words the govt will be the final arbiter on who the proper insurance companies can be? there is an example of socialism for you.

this means that if a health insurance company doesn't cover pre-existing conditions, if they deny coverage that has been deemed necessary by a physician, if they drop customers who they deem to be health risks, and if they dump customers for non-payment without giving them proper notice of the termination of the contract, the government does not recognize that company as a health insurance exchange participant. or as the bill also calls them a qulified health benefits provider (QHBP).
