Good for her. Maybe there is promise for some reporting out of Couric that rises to the level of a Walter Cronkite or a Edward R. Morrow.

Sorry, I don't give her or any of her cohorts a pass. They cover non stop all day the idiocrac minority at these town halls, ignore the majority who actually want the facts, and then mumble a couple of lines at the end of the day, out of guilt no doubt, of clarity, just to cover their ass.

If there is no public option at the end of all this, you can blame not only the GOP, Hate Radio, but also the MSM and their utter failure to present the facts of how Single Payer is the cheapest, universal plan, and to expose the Senators and Congressperson's ties to Big Pharma and Big Insurance.

11. I disagree....

I've been watching Couric since she took over. In the beginning, she tried to play by the right-wing rulebook and watched her ratings sink like the Titanic. At some point, she tossed out the koolaid. Her interviews with Palin were total game-changers because of the stupidity they exposed. Couric deserves some slack just for that effort.
