5. Disbarred? How bout twenty-five to life for conspiracy to commit armed robbery, defraud, and
illegally detain (kidnap) just for starters?

20. When I was travelling through Indiana on leave, I was stopped for speeding by the State Police,
He said I could pay him $50.00 so I would not have to go to court. I was naive back then, but knew it was wrong, so I paid it and went on my way.

2. written summary of video
for those on dialup or deaf/hh:

The Tennessee man says he was ordered to pull his car over and surrender his jewelry and $8,500 in cash that he had with him to buy a new car.

But Daniels couldn't go to the police to report the incident.

<snip>

Now Daniels and other motorists who have been stopped by Tenaha police are part of a lawsuit seeking to end what plaintiff's lawyer David Guillory calls a systematic fleecing of drivers passing through the town of about 1,000.

<snip>

Guillory, who practices in nearby Nacogdoches, Texas, estimates authorities in Tenaha seized $3 million between 2006 and 2008, and in about 150 cases -- virtually all of which involved African-American or Latino motorists -- the seizures were improper.

3. White men also used Native Americans to kill their own kind.
This kind of thing has been going on since Columbus 'discovered' America.

4. This has been going on for awhile there. I wouldn't drive through
there for anything. The town needs to dry up and choke on dust for not putting these police officers in front of a judge.

6. Small Town Crooks
It's time for the FBI to send some of their African American and Latino agents through this town to gather enough evidence to shut these people down.

9. It's a god damn shame that certain areas of this country are like............
...........third world shitholes. The largest problem here and in other law violations involving cops or prosecuting attorneys is they NEVER that I have heard gone to jail like a "regular" citizen that commits a crime. These fuckers go before juries and in nine times out of ten found not guilty. If you want this shit to stop, start convicting and sending these useless motherfuckers to jail where they belong.

10. Aint just Texas. I took down a croked cop/judge scheme in Del Mar!
A mordida scheme, where they ticketed for lane splitting on Mcycle. There is no law. They made one. I made them say all kinds of incriminating things in court, on tape. I lured them into thinking I was a creampuff. Then, I appealed. Called their shit corrupt, and criminal. The Da agreed. I hope they got slapped. Then, the same pigs busted in at midnite, without a warrant. The third time. Lets be careful out there.

11. Greed, abuse of power and corruption know no color.
I do hope the D.A. doesn't plan on coming to Nashville to further her music career, she should be singing in Sing Sing; if it's still open.

They are torturing people of every color with them. It doesn't matter if you are white, black, or brown.

12. Reminds me
of the Bush DOJ. I suppose this has been characteristic of Texas justice since the days of Judge Roy Bean. Under Bush it sorta spread to the rest of the nation.

You know, like they 'spread' democracy in the Middle East using the Iraq War. One can spread democracy like peanut butter on bread. Wonderful stuff, that democracy with Bush influence.

14. Welcome to Texas.....
Why this sort of shit isn't a surprise to me?.....have you ever been to Texas? For that matter, when is the last time you took a nice leisurely drive though the Southeast? Ever see "My Cousin, Vinny"?

This is red neck, goat roping America at it's lowest. I'm ashamed of this part of our country and these types of slime bags. And we wonder why there is so much hatred toward President Obama and immigrants and minorities in general? Wake up America!! Take a drive through the Southeast sometime. You'll understand a little better.

If the Southeast ever was able to separate from the Union, they would become a third world country overnight. Disclaimer: There are some damn good folks living down there...but they are SURROUNDED by a lot of dumb head-up-their-ass red necks.

17. Whoa!
Let me get this straight a guy forks over $8400 not to be cited for doing 37 in a 35mph zone? When I was in the Army and stationed in Texas you could get out of most anything AFTER BEING CHARGED for $20. I was once charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest, destruction of property and "generally disrupting the peace and tranquility of the state". I was setup in a bar on a weekend night, a common fate for G.Is way back when. The fine was $20. I wouldn't pay it on the spot, so I went to jail for the night. Later, I went to court over it and the charge was dismissed because neither the arresting officer or the bar owner who made the complaint bothered to show up. Ahhh the memories.
