2. The best place to get footage is from the rooftops of large complexes.

That way, they can't figure out who is getting it. From a small apartment, a duplex or triplex, it's easier for the baseej to figure out, or "ass"ume, who took the pictures.

You've got to figure there's a lot of stuff that hasn't found its way out yet.

3. From the way the camera pans around to the avenue it looks like it would be fairly

easy to identify where the video was taken from.

Identifying the individual who took it might be more difficult.

4. Yes, it's an apartment house --a HUGE one. Not a duplex or triplex.

They'd have a harder time finding out who took a video from a large building. In a duplex/triplex, only the residents would have keys. In a larger building there are more public areas and it could be any one of hundreds.
