RACHEL: "Also, and this is a big one, the Justice Department has just said in a letter to a federal judge, that it will finally, finally, finally, finally release the CIA's own report on the torture program from 2004. This document, this report is sort of the Big Kahuna in terms of what we have been waiting to see from the government's own files on torture. It was the Inspector General of the CIA way back in 2004 looking into what the CIA was doing in its interrogation program.

And that report, which is long, and has been described by people who have seeen it as 'sickening,' apparently stopped the torture program in its tracks. We are about to find out why."

I saw Rachel's report earlier and thought "wow, could this be it?!!" I'll be shocked if these documents are actually released, UNredacted. It will blow the Bush crime family's war crimes wide open.

I should have mentioned that Isikoff goes on to say after Rachel's introduction that the documents might be highly redacted or less redacted or not released at all. We just don't know ho this will play out, he explains. Depends on how much weight you want to put on Isikoff and his analysis.

If these documents are only in the possession of the CIA, even if the judge orders them released, I'll bet the Obama administration will refuse to comply with the court order. Remember that courts have no armies or policemen to go to the CIA headquarters and confiscate the documents. I'm afraid that despite Obama's statements to the contrary, his respect for the Constitution is superficial.
