4. Ex-spook Jack Rice: Cheney wrapping himself in the flag while

the Constitution is in tatters at his feet.

Rice is correct in saying there is no bipartisan way (paraphrasing him and others) to get to the bottom of the torture question, or decide what to do with the detainees or how to bring Cheney and his fellow war criminals to justice without tearing the country apart.

We've got to find a way. Justice delayed is not always justice denied.
