From what I have read elsewhere, the use of a speed reader as the Democrats have smartly planned will take around 9 or so hours to read the entire bill - so the GOP tactic is simply a money and time waster - and shows the level to which their juvenility floats to the surface even as our country steeps in the stew of the Bush rot of 8 years. I thought everyone agreed we are in an emergency situation right now. And we wonder why 8 years did this under their direction? It is NO wonder.

Most speed talkers are also speed readers. But not all speed readers are speed talkers. This guy seems to be both.
