1. Yeah, but...

There are very very few "nut" hands after the flop.

Basically, you have to flop top straight flush or 4 of a kind with no possibility of a runner runner straight flush.

All other hands can be beat on the turn or river or some combination of turn/river.

All that being said, I think Waxman has at least a set of Kings going in and the repukes has no pair double gutshot straight draw... unless there is a joker in the deck (DINOs).
