3. This is what I've hoped for since Jimmy Carter...

Kudos to Prez Carter. Carter certainly had bold visionary ideas that would have transformed this country for the better. Too bad this country had not heeded them. We would not be in the mess we are in now.

4. I actually gasped when

they mention no co-pays and never out-of-network. That seems almost unfathomable. We need to DEMAND single-payer. Every elected official in Washington works for us - they need to make this happen now.

I wanted to scream the other morning when John King of CNN was interviewing three regular type people in a cafe, about their community & the economy. They all admitted the local economy was terrible. One was out of work & the other two were worried about their jobs. He asked them about health care & if they thought the government should do something about it, all three said NO! They didn't want the govt making their health care decisions for them! :banghead:

My guess - not one of them would have been able to tell you what single payer really is. They have been successfully brainwashed by the media & corporate elite & are against polices that will actually serve them.
