Enough of this fruitless reaching across the aisle. This is important. I will be very disappointed if Obama nominates another judge that is a self-defined "moderate" conservative who will once again skirt questions on Roe vs. Wade and torture etc..during confirmation hearings.

compromise on.

He's not going to put anyone even remotely conservative in any of these seats. This isn't the type of thing, he takes lightly. We saw that during the Roberts and Alito debates
