2. Other examples of right-wing logic

1. If the cops are not around, I can run that red light. Will I get to my destination faster? Maybe, if I'm not killed in a collision. But it is illegal!
   
2. I can build a 5000 Volt electrified fence around my house. Will it work to prevent break-ins? Yes. But it is illegal!
   
3. I can steal that new Mercedes from the dealer lot. Will it get me new car? Yes. But it is illegal!
   
4. I can shoplift that new IPod from the electronics store. Will I then get to listen to ITunes on my IPod? Yes. But it is illegal!
   

There is still no real evidence that torture works to get good intelligence. But even if there were such evidence. Torture is illegal!
