1. Cramer obviosuly used illegal tactics to manage his hedge fund.
And Stewart called his ass out on it on national television.

Where's the S.E.C. at again?

:sarcasm:

K&R!

2. "Yes, Mr. Press Secretary..."
is it the president's position for journalists to warn the public about impending doom."

"Duh, bitch, what do you think?"

4. The correct answer to that question was,
"Yes. Absolutely the press has special privileges in our society. And with those special privileges come extraordinary responsibilities. The press in general, not just CNBC, have not upheld that responsibility in the past 8 years. As Jon Stewart said, it is not just about asking tough questions or trying to be 'balanced'. The responsibility of journalism is to vigorously pursue truth and to bring it into the open. Obviously that did not happen in the case of the meltdown of the financial system. I hope we all learned something important from Mr. Stewart's critique. It is a shame that it takes a comedy program to bring us back to this important reality, but sometimes comedians are able to speak the truth more plainly that others can."
