1. Sure, if I borrowed money from a bank and spent it all on drugs and alcohol
Edited on Fri Mar-06-09 09:12 PM by TheEuclideanOne
I would be reluctant to disclose to the bank where the money went. I think that this fall into the "No fucking shit" category. If I can borrow from Cenk.... OF COOOOUUURRRSSSSEEE!!! they are reluctant to disclose the details. All of the "news"/media sources should not only disclose the info, but should have full page bios of all of these theiving bastards to show all of the people that both caused the problem and got hansomely rewarded for the problems that they caused. And if I can misquote Al Franken in a way.... FUCK YOU, YOU FUCKING FUCKERS!!!!

2. They own politicians that is why they are not forced to disclose exec. pay
there is no reason that they couldn't show in their financial statements pay for everyone above a certain level of management.

they own both sides too so this isn't just a Republican thing

4. HA! HA! HA! I Just FINALLY Got them To Pay Me Almost $7,000 For
fraudulent credit card charges from way back in 2004!!! This Bailout stuff helped ME a little bit anyway! I threatened and DID call my Senator, who in turn connected me with a person to mediate for me. It didn't take very long after that and after YEARS of phone calls, paperwork, faxing and hiring a lawyer, they FINALLY wired the money into my bank account!

It would take about half the night to go into detail, but it was a GREAT relief and a VERY HARD FOUGHT case, but it got done! I really should have asked for my lawyer fee and punitive damages or something, but was glad to get as much as I did. I just took the money and RAN! Too bad I had to pay for home & flood insurance and taxes on my home and some property we own. But it came at just the right time... we were going to have to hit our sinking IRA for a withdrawal and that thought was so depressing!

So I always smile a little when I hear the words Bank of America! Even though I'm STILL getting screwed by them!!!

5. BoA customers should withdraw their money unless
the BoA releases the information. I am a BoA customer, I have a Credit Card, a Line of Credit, and a Checking account with BoA. I have not missed a payment on either the Card of the line of credit. If people like me said we will withdraw our money and put it in some other bank unless they reveal the information, maybe they would do it.
