Rudy Giuliani banned Ferret as pets in NYC, back in 1999. Now he is running for President. Here is what some NY ferrets have to say about him.

That is a slang term for ferrets, along with 'stink weasels' and other terms of endearment.

A group of ferrets is also called 'a business of ferrets,' a male is a 'hob,' and a female is a 'jill.'

I have two hobs currently, both litter mates. And I've had ferrets for over twenty-five years. They are wonderful creatures.

8. We have ferrets again

Unfortunately, with ferrets I'm starting to think that healthy ones are scarce. We are now on our 5th and 6th ferret. We have taken in Ozzie and Romeo, since their owner could no longer care for them. Romeo is the first ferret that I've seen that really looks healthy. He is strong and muscular, nice thick fur coat and is a playing fool. Ozzie is quite a bit older, and in the last year has lost most of his hair. Adrenal disease seems to be creeping up on him. We've had others that had Adrenal disease and it breaks your heart to see them go that way. But until we see the light go out of their eyes we do the best we can to keep them comfortable and happy, until it's time to see the vet one last time.

I'd like to see more research into Adrenal disease.
