10. It's me again (changed my user name)

I just finished reading several articles about Iman -- Andrew Sullivan, NY mag, etc., plus I viewed samples of those other impersonators that are out there. Some of them have the verbiage and cadence, but not the intonations of BHO, not to mention the body work/quirks. Iman is the only one I've seen so far that has everything, plus he's cute as hell. This guy needs to be on SNL, maybe I'd start watching it again!:)

He would be perfect for SNL. I hardly watch it at all, but I definitely would if Iman was their Barack Obama. I think Barack has said he doesn't really think Fred Armisen does the job. Plus, Iman can do lots of other characters, too. His impression of David Blaine in the cabinet pick video puts me on the floor every time I watch it. He is super cute as well. It's a trifecta.

An aside about my name change: I own the website patsified.com, the largest Patsy Cline site out there, and I'm currently in the process of selling it. It was fun to play with for 11 years, but I'm moving on because people close to her are trying to kill her legacy, in my opinion. It got exhausting dealing with her family and fans when, my God, it was supposed to be just a hobby. In 1999, I won a VH-1 award for the site, I really put a lot into it.

I always hate name-change time at DU, though, it's tricky getting used to the new identities. I'm a big-time lurker, been here since the beginning, but I'm trying to post a little more often now.

Anyway, I just feel that Iman is really going to make it, his Obama raps are addictive!
