8. Another disagreement with Cenk

A rare thing indeed, but my fidelity, as is Cenk's, is to the truth. I think he misheard the Isreali spokesman when he discussed Hamas and the U.N. Apparently, Cenk heard the guy claiming that Hamas targets the U.N. like Israel "mistakenly" does. However, I heard the guy claim that Hamas uses the U.N. as cover so that they can attack Israel within the safety of U.N. sites; therefore, Israel is within their rights to attack U.N. targets where Hamas is presumably hiding.

That being said, this argument is STILL bullshit! The U.N. would not tolerate Hamas using their sites for this purpose, specifically for the reason that Israel MIGHT respond as they are doing now. But even out of principle, the U.N. would not tolerate this. If Hamas were using sites just outside of the U.N., then Israel should be able to target those sites specifically. However, even if Hamas were doing as Israel claims, we still go back to Cenk's "Would you bomb a school?" segment. Does one actually purposefully kill innocent civilians to get "one or two" bad apples or does one take a more humanitarian approach? Particularly, when Israel's own consequence from recent Hamas attacks are no where near the atrociousness of Israel's attacks on Hamas.

I didn't want to post a lengthy reply to this video, but I wanted to do what I could to present what I think Cenk would have said had we heard the same thing.

of how they are counting civilian casualties? Only women and children are civilians apparently, no men are put in that category.
